Port Charles unofficial mayoral candidate, Felicia Jones Scorpio, has announced her first order of business (should she be elected into office): The immediate ban and usage of the phrase, "Bye Felicia."
"The end of the nurse's ball was a nightmare for me personally," Jones Scorpio told Pier 52 earlier today via our exclusive phone interview, "Not only was I having to deal with my best friend Lucy and her B.S., I also had pretty much everyone in the place yelling out, 'Bye Felicia!' At first I thought, 'Oh, that's so sweet,' cuz most of the people saying it, I don't recall ever meeting, but still I was all, 'Byyyyye' back, cuz my Grandmother Mariah raised me right back on that dirty Texas ranch. Then this morning, I find out from my daughter Maxie what 'Bye Felicia' really means and I'm not going to lie, I was kinda hurt. I mean, I know I'm no Laura Spencer, but I thought people around here liked me. I thought I mattered. I'm running for mayor for cripes sakes."
Going on to call 'Bye Felicia' a form of 'hate speech,' Jones Scorpio has made the banning of this popular phrase illegal in Port Charles her number one priority. Never mind the constant gunfire and embryo stealing that goes on almost daily, she's focused on the real big crime plaguing the town. Jones Scorpio then changed the subject to the necklace she wore to the ball, but that story was way too boring so we wrapped up our talk with a 'Bye Felicia' (hey, it's not against the law yet) and hung up on her.
